Statistics on the number and rate of impairments from injuries by class of accident and place of accident are included. Data on limitation of activity, restricted-activity days, and disability restricting a person to bed more than half a day are also presented in the report. Statistics in the report are based on data collected through the National Health Interview Survey in 1985, 1986, and 1987.
