Notice to Readers: Working with Communities for Environmental Health Satellite Broadcast and WebcastCDC and ATSDR will present "Working with Communities for Environmental Health," a live, interactive satellite broadcast and webcast on September 12, 2002, from 1:00--3:30 p.m. (EDT). Participants will learn ways to increase their effectiveness when planning, implementing, and evaluating work with communities. The program will feature a question-and-answer session in which participants nationwide can interact with the course instructors through toll-free telephone lines. Registered participants will receive a free health-education planning kit after the program. The program is designed for health educators; public and environmental health professionals; state, county, and local health agency officials and staff; nurses and nurse practitioners; health-care providers; school health personnel and teachers; managed care group personnel; and personnel from academia.
